Recently in a landmark achievement of the Government of Manipur, today the Honorable Chief Minister of Manipur Shri N. Biren Singh launches the https://egazette.mn.gov.in/ in respect of the Directorate of Printing & Stationery, Manipur under the project “Digitization & e-Archiving of Manipur Gazette ” at his Cabinet Conference Hall, Babupara. Under the supervision of honourable Chief Minister, the digitization project was taken up by the Directorate of Printing & Stationery in consultation with the Manipur State Information Technology Society. The main objective of the project is to digitize all Gazettes of the Directorate of Printing & Stationery, Manipur for keeping record in digital format. Actually Manipur State Information Technology Society and Cube Ten Private limited signed an agreement to execute the digitization of Gazettes from 1950 to 2021. In fact approximately 2 lakhs and 17 pages of Gazette records were targeted for digitization and till now more than one lakh pages are digitized.
Actually the digitized Gazette copies from 1950 to 2017 (67 years) are already uploaded at the website : https://egazette.mn.gov.in/ . Now remaining Gazettes from 2017 to 2021 are getting uploaded. Now, public can download the digitised Gazettes from the Website : https://egazette.mn.gov.in/ on payment basis without coming to the library at Directorate of Printing & Stationery, Manipur.
