UP Police found actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s fake passport from Greater Noida

A fake passport carrying actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s photo has been retrieved from Greater Noida. The passport had Aishwarya’s photograph while the address column had Bhavnagar, Gujarat, and the D.O.B was dated as April 18, 1990.

A senior official said on Friday that three foreigners who are residents in Greater Noida were taken in custody for purposely being involved in cyber fraud and having in their hands a fake passport created in the name of actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

The police had filed an FIR of fraud on the complaint of a retired Army colonel who was scammed out of Rs 1.81 crore.

The probe into the matter led to the three accused – two hailing from Nigeria and one from Ghana, the officer said. DSP Abhishek Verma of Greater Noida, told during the arrest, police also retrieved USD 3,000 and 10,500 pounds from the three men’s possession.
