Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn served notices for endorsing the tobacco brand ‘Vimal’

As per the reports, a petition has been filed in the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court against the celebrities Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn, who appear together in the tobacco Vimal’s ad and they have been sent notices for the same.

Deputy Solicitor General SB Pandey has informed the Lucknow bench of Allahabad Court that the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has already issued notices to the responsibled actors and asked the court to dismiss the instant petition as the same case is also being heard by the Supreme Court.

After hearing the submission, the bench decided the hearing for May 9, 2024.
