India reported 2,060 new Covid cases, taking the toll to 4,46,30,888, and 10 more deaths, taking the death toll to 5,28,905, the health ministry said on Monday. Active cases rose to 26,834 and 0.06 percent of total infections, according to updated data from the ministry at 8 am.
It added the national COVID-19 recovery rate has increased to 98.75 percent.
.An increase of 209 cases was recorded in the count of active COVID-19 cases in the span of 24 hours. With 10 more deaths, the death toll rose to 5,28,905, including four deaths accounted for by Kerala, the data said.
