National trainee Corps (NCC), the most important clad youth organisation within the world raised in 1948, can celebrate its 74th day of remembrance on November 27, 2022. To mark the occasion, Defence Secretary Shri Giridhar Aramane set a wreath and paid deference to the fallen heroes on behalf of the complete NCC fraternity at National War Memorial, national capital on November 26, 2022.
NCC Day is determined on the fourth Sunday of November. The NCC was raised on fifteenth July 1948 in national capital, that was the fourth Sunday of the November month in 1948. For this reason the NCC raising Day is determined each year on the fourth Sunday of the November Month.
