In April 2021, ED had enrolled a body of evidence against Indiabulls Housing and its advertisers. The ED had enlisted a case based on a Palghar FIR which says that the organization had siphoned cash and put resources into their own portions at an expanding cost.

In the FIR, the complainant referenced land organizations which had taken advances from Indiabulls and directed cash once again into IndiaBulls lodging shares. As indicated by the FIR, it is referenced that assets were guided from the organization somewhere in the range of 2010 and 2014.

For examination, ED had additionally called one of the Pune-based land firm advertisers for an assertion. He had taken a credit from India Bulls Housing and elements connected to Indiabulls.
