Vi and Anritsu collaborate to enhance the overall calling experience

Vi, India’s leading telecom operator, has partnered with Anritsu to enhance the calling experience for customers on VoLTE. The partnership aims to provide faster call connectivity, clear sound quality, improved efficiency, enhanced view of VoLTE service-specific insights, and prioritization of resolution based on subscriber impact and severity. The VoLTE monitoring solution from Anritsu ensures high-quality voice service for Vi users.

Anritsu enhances visibility across all VoLTE dimensions, including subscriber, device, network nodes, codecs, and cell-id, to improve the detection and resolution of customer-affecting issues in VoLTE, which is challenging to detect and isolate in traditional OSS systems due to its complex architecture and multiple nodes and interfaces.
