Two police personnel were found dead in a paddy field near the Muttikulangara police camp in this north Kerala district on Thursday.
The bodies have been identified as Mohandas and Ashokan, both havildars associated with the camp.
Burn marks were found on the body, which is believed to be the cause of death due to electrocution.
According to the police, the exact cause of death will be known only after a detailed forensic examination and post-mortem.
