TVS Motor Company, a manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers in India, has inaugurated a landmark dealership in Malda, West Bengal. Cedar TVS, located in Naldubi, Malda, Mangalbari, is a dealer that provides services from start to finish, as well as car sales, servicing and parts business. Cedar TVS was inaugurated by Arvind Gupta, National Sales Manager, TVS Motor Company (East Zone).
The workshop was inaugurated by Sitangshu Burma (Area Manager, West Bengal, TVS Motor Company). As a result of the inauguration of this dealership, the number of touchpoints of TVS Motor Company in West Bengal reached 4.
TVS Motor Company is the only two-wheeler company to have received the prestigious Deming Award. The company’s products have been ranked first in their category for the past four years, according to JD Power IQS and Apple. For five years in a row, the JD Power Customer Service Satisfaction Survey has ranked the company at No. 1.
