South Indian film superstar Thalapathy Vijay and his wife Sangeetha have been wedded for over 22 years. Now, rumor has it that all is not well in their paradise. According to various reports, Vijay and Sangeetha are said to be heading for divorce.
The rumors started to spread when Sangeetha was absent from filmmaker Atlee’s wife’s baby shower.
Recently, Thalapathy Vijay released the trailer of his much-anticipated film Varisu and Sangeeta’s absence at the launch event raised many eyebrows. While the actor is yet to confirm or deny the rumors, a report in Pinkvilla states that the speculations are baseless.
“Rumours of Vijay and Sangeeta’s divorce are baseless. We don’t know how it started,” Pinkvilla quoted a source as saying. It also revealed that Sangeeta is currently on vacation with the kids due to which she was absent from the Varisu trailer launch. And maybe Thalapathy Vijay will join the family on vacation very soon.
