Tata Mutual Fund has officially expanded its footprint in West Bengal with the inauguration of a new branch in Siliguri, reflecting a robust growth trajectory in the region. The new branch, located at Shop No. 10, 1st Floor, Block-C, Shelcon Plaza, Kartar Market, Sevoke Road, was inaugurated by Hemant Kumar, Chief Business Officer at Tata Asset Management.
As of September 2024, the Average Assets Under Management (AAUM) in Siliguri reached approximately INR 290 crore, marking a remarkable 48% growth over the past year. This growth encompasses a diverse range of investments, including equities, debt, balanced funds, and ETFs. The Siliguri market’s flourishing investment landscape positions it as a crucial hub for wealth management.
Kumar expressed enthusiasm about the new branch, stating, “We are delighted to expand our presence in a city with significant growth prospects. This strategic move reinforces our dedication to providing communities in the region with accessible wealth-building opportunities and improved financial literacy.” With this branch, Tata Mutual Fund now operates over eight branches in West Bengal and boasts a national network of 100 branches, aiming to empower local investors with expert advice and comprehensive mutual fund products.The branch will operate from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, serving individuals, families, and businesses looking to enhance their financial portfolios.
