Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely demise on June 14 last year left a huge void not just in the hearts of his fans, friends, and family, but also in Bollywood. He was actually a man of many talents. He pursued a lot of other passions along with acting.

Love for science
All things celestial were in Sushant’s interests. He often shared posts related to physics and astronomy on social media. Mysteries of outer space also held a special place in his heart and he even owned an expensive telescope to observe the sky. The actor was known to often invite friends for some star-gazing at his home.
Sportsperson
Sushant had garnered a lot of praise for his performance in the MS Dhoni biopic. However, it was not because of the film that he got into sports.
He had always had a passion for sports such as archery, cricket, lawn tennis, mixed martial arts, and more. He was also exploring VR games during the lockdown in 2020.
Religion
Sushant was a devout follower of Lord Shiva and his social media feed is full of posts dedicated to the God.
Filmmaker Rumy Jafry said, “We all know he was a big Shiv bhakt. When I went to his farm in Pavna he took me to his lawn where he had installed a statue of Mahadev. In fact, when he visited my house in Mumbai for the first time, he drove down personally and had a hard time finding a parking spot. He then found one at a building next to ours. He got very excited seeing the name of the building, which was ‘Shiv shakti”.
Poetic streak
The late actor was often seen sharing his poems and writings on social media. In fact, his regular posts also had a deep meaning. He was equally fond of music and shared few videos of himself playing guitar.
