Stone pelting at Vande Bharat Express in Bengal, 2nd time in 2 days

Vande Bharat Hypersonic Superfast Express has been attacked again. Allegedly stones were pelted at two rooms in Vande Bharat after leaving New Jalpaiguri. In this incident, it is alleged that the windows of the C-3 and C-6 rooms of the superfast train were cracked. The railway authorities were serious after the incident.

It is to be noted that miscreants allegedly broke the glass of the gate by pelting stones in the Kumarganj area of Maldar Harishchandrapur police station of Down Vande Bharat Express on Monday. It is alleged that bricks and stones were thrown on the hypersonic superfast train leaving the New Jalpaiguri station and the windows of two rooms were cracked.

After this incident, the passengers were terrified. In the middle of the journey, panic spread among the passengers. But the authorities of the NF Railway Authority have not found any trace of the miscreants involved in this incident. When the Vande Bharat Express train reached Malda town station in the evening, panic spread among the passengers of the train.

If the same incident repeats, again and again, the railway authorities are also speculating that doubts may be created among the passengers about traveling on this train. The police administration and railway authorities of the concerned area have started a thorough investigation as to why such incidents of stone pelting are happening repeatedly at Vande Bharat Express. However, the railway authorities have not yet given any response in this regard.

According to a source in the NFL authorities, after last Monday’s incident, there were cracks near two windows on Tuesday’s Down New Jalpaiguri – Howrah train of Vande Bharat Express, which has raised concerns about the railway authorities. The railway administration has started a vigorous investigation to avoid such accidents. However, no response was received from the NF Railway authorities in this regard.
