Nachiket Pantvaidya, a seasoned media executive, is set to lead Sony Entertainment Television (SET) while maintaining his role as General Manager at Sony Pictures International Productions (SPIP). His extensive industry experience and strategic acumen are expected to drive innovation and elevate SET’s market performance.
Ajay Bhalwankar, formerly the chief creative director at SET, will now head Sony SAB in addition to his current role overseeing Sony Marathi. Bhalwankar’s successful track record with Sony Marathi, where he increased market share through engaging content, positions him to enhance Sony SAB’s offerings and broaden its appeal.Tushar Shah, who previously managed English, Bengali, and Infotainment Channels, will expand his role to include Sony MAX, Sony MAX HD, and additional channels. Shah’s leadership has already significantly impacted Sony AATH’s growth in West Bengal.
In the Kolkata market, Shah’s new responsibilities are particularly promising.
