Škoda expanded its network to 250 customer touchpoints across India

Škoda Auto India has expanded its network to 250 customer touchpoints across India, marking a milestone in the company’s growth strategy. The 250th customer touchpoint was reached with the opening of a sales outlet in Gulbarga, Karnataka. Škoda Auto India plans to expand further and aims to reach 350 customer touchpoints by the end of 2024.

The company’s Kushaq SUV and Slavia sedan have been instrumental in growing the Škoda brand in India. The brand’s focus on customer-centricity is also a key factor in the expansion. Speaking on the landmark, Petr Šolc, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said, “Our 250th customer touchpoint is a landmark in terms of numbers and reach across the country.

We will continue to expand our network and enhance the ownership experience for our customers. This is geared towards welcoming more customers into the Škoda family, providing them with the safest cars in the market.”
