Škoda Auto sets sights on robust 2025 growth with strategic market push

Škoda Auto India has announced a dynamic market expansion strategy aimed at making 2025 its most successful year to date. As the brand celebrates 25 years in India and 130 globally, it is doubling down on product development, customer-centric services, and an aggressive network footprint to fuel its next growth phase.

Škoda’s market roadmap includes a reinforced SUV lineup—Kushaq, Kylaq, and Kodiaq—alongside the Slavia sedan and a soon-to-be-launched global model. With a current network of 290 customer touchpoints across 165 cities, the brand aims to scale to 350 touchpoints in over 200 cities by the end of 2025.

A  key gateway city to the Northeast, is emerging as a promising market for premium European auto brands. Škoda’s SUVs are gaining traction among upwardly mobile consumers in the region, with dealers reporting a steady rise in showroom footfall and service inquiries. The city’s strategic location and expanding urban consumer base make it a vital node in Škoda’s Tier-II market strategy. To enhance ownership value, Škoda is also rolling out initiatives like Škoda SuperCare, flexible service packages, and extended warranties, aiming to deliver a premium yet accessible customer experience.
