On the second day of the Shyam Steel Winter Carnival, Chairman of the Administrative Board of Siliguri Municipal Corporation, Goutam Dev was present, and the carnival was attended by about 15,000 people. Everyone enthusiastically joined in this Winter Carnival.
On the second day of the winter carnival activities were Badminton, cycling for kids, slow cycling for elderly people, walkathon, yoga, Karate, games for kids to name a few. And there are tons of also for the winners.
