One of leading producers and manufacturers of primary TMT Bars Shyam Steel hosted a dealers meet in Agartala towards expanding its dealer distribution network and augment the company’s business operations in the Tripura region. Shyam Steel has a strong presence in South Tripura and Gomati District and now it aim to expand its operation in North Tripura, West Tripura, Sephaijala, Dhalai, Unokati, Khowai Districts and the capital city Agartala.
The company has established a robust distribution network with over 100 dealers. Shyam Steel also has a warehouse in the region that will ensure a constant supply of the required products. The company plans to acquire 15% market share and sell a minimum 1500 MT per month in the primary TMT segment by December 2022. The company also has a strong presence in West Bengal, Bihar, Assam, Jharkhand, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh. It is committed to meaningfully contribute to the realization of the target of 300 million tonnes steel production by 2030-31. It also signed Olympic medallists Lovlina Borgohain and Manpreet Singh as their Build India Brand Ambassadors, in addition to Sonu Sood. The brand is also associated with Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma as the face of the company.
