Scania Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. announces its exclusive partnership with PPS Motors, designating them as the sole representative for Scania’s mining tippers in India. Scania India has partnered with a company to provide sales and service operations in India, ensuring a pan-India coverage. The company focuses on sustainable transport solutions powered by technology and innovation, focusing on detecting, analyzing, and optimizing critical mine points for increased availability, productivity, and customer profitability. This collaboration demonstrates Scania’s commitment to network expansion and advanced customer support.
PPS has established six regional warehouses in India, strategically connected to Scania’s central warehouse in Nagpur, ensuring a smooth supply chain for parts. Three advanced workshops meet Scania’s global mining standards, and nine mobile service vans are in place for efficient handling of major repairs, aggregate repairs, accident repairs, and overhauling. Speaking about the new collaboration, Mr. Johan P Schlyter, Managing Director, Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt. Ltd., said, “By leveraging our cutting-edge technology, we are optimistic about making a substantial contribution to India’s efforts in reaching its Net Zero Emission goal.”
