The novel, the first in a series, explores the Bangladesh Liberation War, highlighting historical landmarks in Dhaka, Karachi, Delhi, Haflong, Dandakaranya, and Malkangiri, Pakistan’s opposition to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, and India’s role in East Bengal’s 1971 struggle for freedom.
