Rakesh Jhunjhunjwala-backed Akasa Air gets clearance from air regulator to start operations

Akasa Air, India’s most modern airline, on Thursday obtained its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. The DGCA has cleared Akasa Air to start operations.
