The Punjab Police has foiled a big terrorist conspiracy and has arrested three terrorists with weapons and explosives in the Tarn Taran district. Police have cordoned off the entire area and started search operations.
Last night, three car-borne terrorists were nabbed near village Bhagwanpura in the district. A 9 mm pistol, 11 live cartridges, a hand grenade and explosive material has been recovered from them.
All three terrorists – Kulwinder Singh, Kamalpreet Singh Mann, Kanwar pal Singh – are residents of Moga district of Punjab.
