Rajganj, August 03: Ambari police under Bhorer Aalo police station on Saturday conducted a special checkpoint checking campaign at Nawapara canal turn on Fulbari-Gajoldoba state road.
Reportedly, during the operation, police inspected small passenger cars and fined bike riders for not wearing helmets.
The initiative is part of Siliguri Metropolitan Police’s wider campaign to enhance road safety and enforce traffic rules in areas around the city.
