Citizens in Kashmir are seen standing up in a long line to watch SRK recently released movie ‘Pathaan’, making it the first movie to have houseful shows in the history of 33 years in the state. Kashmir’s only multiplex theatre owner, Vikas Dhar stated that total shows of the spy thriller were houseful on the very starting day of its publication on Wednesday.
Dhar established his multiplex theatre in the year 2022 in September. The theatre consists of 3 screens along with an accommodation of 520 seats.
Besting boycott calls over the song “Besharam Rang”, “Pathaan” has set fire at the box office, dipping to Rs 219.6 crore gross worldwide within two days. The movie released on January 25 amid high security across the country.
Dhar stated like the rest of the country, there has been almost no impact of the criticism on the movies run. “Everyone here is coming for entertainment,” he said.
