Opposition objects to Patnaik reading out speech

At the Odisha Assembly on Wednesday, the opposition BJP and Congress objected to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik reading aloud the speech he gave in response to the discussion on the demands of the Home and General Administration department. As Congress Legislative Party leader Narasingha Mishra stood to speak during the Assembly’s Zero Hour on a privilege notice he had given for consideration, the topic was brought up.
