Nothing launches Phone (3a) series in India, targets mid-range market

UK-based tech brand Nothing has launched its latest mid-range smartphones, the Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro, in India. With premium features like an advanced triple-camera system, Snapdragon® 7s Gen 3 processor, and an upgraded 6.77-inch display, the series aims to strengthen Nothing’s foothold in the competitive mid-range segment.

The Phone (3a) features a 50MP main sensor, a Sony ultra-wide sensor, and 2x optical zoom, while the Phone (3a) Pro introduces a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and AI-enhanced 60x ultra zoom. Both devices boast Nothing OS 3.1 (Android 15), a 5,000mAh battery with 50W fast charging, and an IP64-rated glass-back design. The series also introduces Essential Space, an AI-powered productivity hub, alongside an Essential Key for quick access. With availability at Croma, Vijay Sales, and Flipkart, local retailers anticipate high footfall and strong pre-bookings, driven by the phone’s design, performance, and competitive pricing.

The Phone (3a) starts at ₹22,999, while the Phone (3a) Pro starts at ₹27,999, with special Day 1 exchange offers across Flipkart and leading retail stores starting March 11.
