Fast-growing tech brand Nothing India is ramping up its service network ahead of the festive season, reflecting its 567% growth in H1 2024. The company plans to open two exclusive service centres in Hyderabad and Chennai, increasing its total from three to five.
The priority desks in Kolkata and Gurgaon are already operational and new priority desks are coming up in Cochin, Ahmedabad and Lucknow. Kolkata , a key focus for Nothing India, now benefits from an exclusive priority desk offering faster and more efficient customer service. This move aligns with the brand’s strategy to strengthen its footprint in high-demand regions during the busy festive period.
Nothing India’s comprehensive support includes pickup and drop services covering 18,000 pin codes nationwide, alongside an offline presence that has more than doubled from 2,000 to 5,000 locations. With plans to expand to 7,000 outlets, Nothing India is positioning itself as a leading player in the consumer tech market.
