Sab TV’s show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is the world’s longest-running sitcom and has grown in popularity over the years. However, in the past few years, some artists associated with the show have decided to part ways, including its director. As per the latest buzz, Monica Bhadoria has been replaced by Navina Wadekar. For the uninitiated, Monica essays the character of Bawri.
Talking about introducing Navina as the new Bawri, Asit Kumar Modi said, “I wanted a fresh and innocent face for the character of Bawri and luckily we got what we were looking for. He also promised on the show. Our show is the most loved show by the audience and we have to live up to their expectations. I am sure they will love Navina Wadekar-starrer Bawri,” in a statement, according to a report by IANS.
Modi further added, “She is passionate and understands the brand Taarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashmah. We auditioned many talents and selected her. I request the visitors to extend their love and blessings to the new Bawri.
In June 2022, Monica confirmed to quit the show. However, she did not mention the reason. “I left Taarak on a friendly note,” she told, denying reports of a fee hike request
