Nagpur Police offers grammar lessons to scammers in Epic tweet.

We are all aware of the fake and fraud messages that one gets. More than often, the language of these SMS or Whatsapp messages is wrong. Further, incorrect spellings are a way of identifying fake messages.

Responding to complaints by citizens about spammers and fake SMSes, Nagpur City Police, in a tongue-in-cheek tweet, offered classes to all spammers sending out a bunch of text messages. In its tweet, Nagpur City Police attached a couple of screenshots of fake and error-ridden messages that people received asking them to update their KYC for Paytm.

The Nagpur police in a tweet shared screenshots of various fraud messages. Captioning the pictures, the police said, “Dear Scammers, We would love to teach you some lessons in grammar. Home Tutors available. Contact – 07122566766 A Cyber Cell official will be at your doorstep + free stay at lockups!

People on Twitterverse loved their unusual take to convey an important message, warning offenders about consequences. Most were left in splits online with their tweet.
