Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the International Yoga Day celebrations in Mysuru on June 21 as part of India’s platinum jubilee of independence, Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said on Monday.
He also said that Modi held a video conference on the matter to discuss preparations for the event with him.
During the video conference, Principal Secretary, State Chief Secretary P Ravikumar, Additional Chief Secretary Bandita Sharma to Chief Minister N Manjunath Prasad and others were also present.
