Man abuses cops in Madhya Pradesh

When some police officers tried to prevent the loud music, being contended at a marriage ceremony, a person apparently claimed himself to be the kinsman of a minister in Madhya Pradesh.

Some videos later surfaced on social media during which the person, known as Udayraj Singh Sisodia, was seen abusing the policemen whereas claiming that he was the kinsman of MP panchayat Minister Mahendra Singh Sisodia.

Superintendent of Police Pradeep Sharma said the minister had called him over phone and denied having any relation with the defendant.

The incident occurred once head constable Suresh Mewade and 2 alternative policemen went to stop loud DJ music from being played at a wedding garden in Pachor city of the district, the police official said.

On Tuesday, AN FIR was registered against Udayraj Singh Sisodia and DJ owner under relevant sections of the Indian penal code and therefore the MP Kolahal Niyantran Adhiniyam (an Act to control noise pollution).
