This new facility offers 14 service bays capable of servicing over 28 vehicles daily, 24-hour breakdown assistance, AdBlue availability, and even driver lodging, setting a new standard in customer support for the industry.
Vinod Sahay, President of MTBD, spoke about the company’s remarkable 46% year-on-year growth, emphasizing how the addition of dealerships and Mahindra’s flagship trucks, including BLAZO X, FURIO, and CRUZIO, have strengthened its market presence. “Our industry-first ‘Get More Mileage or Give the Truck Back’ guarantee is designed to maximize profitability for transporters,” Sahay noted.
This move is particularly beneficial for markets like Siliguri, a major transportation hub for the northeastern region. With the dealership’s focus on superior mileage and Mahindra’s iMAXX telematics system, fleet operators in Siliguri will see real-time tracking and enhanced efficiency, boosting overall performance in the region’s expanding logistics sector.
