Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) is significantly expanding its footprint across India with the inauguration of five new state-of-the-art dealerships this July. The new facilities, located in Jhansi, Ghaziabad, Raipur, Bharuch, and Kadappa, add 37 service bays capable of servicing over 75 vehicles daily. These dealerships will also offer driver lodging, 24-hour breakdown assistance, and AdBlue availability.
Mr. Jalaj Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Vehicles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, highlighted the company’s robust growth with a 46% CAGR in business volume for FY24 and emphasized the strategic importance of these new locations. “These dealerships are set to enhance our customer service and uptime for fleet operators,” Gupta stated. He also introduced the “Zyada Mileage Nahin toh Truck Wapas” guarantee for BS6 OBD II trucks, promising superior fuel efficiency and profitability.
In Siliguri, the new dealership is expected to bolster Mahindra’s market presence, offering enhanced service capabilities and driving up customer satisfaction in the region.
