LOCKDOWN 4.0: RESTAURANTS and BARS in WEST BENGAL to commence their service with 50% occupancy

As per lockdown 4.0 Restaurants and bars in West Bengal to start serving alcohol with 50% occupancy and social distancing norms to be adhered to w.e.f September 1, 2020.

However, the service of liquor will not be mandatory for retail outlets.


Dance floors to be remain closed in the pubs as per social distancing norms.

But Restaurants should Strictly adhere to the Food Hygiene and Safety Guidelines for businesses during coronavirus pandemic issued by FASSAI.
