LG Electronics, a leader in consumer durables, has launched its first Direct Service Center in Howrah, Kolkata, aiming to streamline customer support for its product lineup. This marks the company’s third LG Care (LGC) center in Kolkata and West Bengal, further reinforcing LG’s commitment to delivering enhanced service experiences.
Equipped with 30 highly trained engineers and backed by Kolkata’s Technical Training Academy, the Howrah center will offer comprehensive service, including the availability of genuine LG spares. The center’s “Evening Care” initiative also extends customer convenience by allowing access to services after working hours.
In Kolkata, the expansion reflects a growing focus on regional service hubs.
