Heartnet India and Kolkata Heart Lung Centre have partnered to improve cardiac healthcare services in West Bengal and Eastern India. The partnership aims to provide advanced cardiac care and infrastructure while focusing on preventing cardiovascular disease in the region. The partnership aims to implement routine screening programs for early detection of CVD and prompt treatment initiation, which is expected to reduce the mortality rate in Eastern India.
The two organizations also plan to enhance healthcare infrastructure and improve access to medical services, easing the burden on patients and their families. This collaboration has the potential to lessen the burden of CVD and ensure a healthier future for all.
