Kia India, celebrated the historical milestone of dispatching one million vehicles from its futuristic manufacturing facility at Anantapur by rolling out the first unit of its newest innovation – The new Seltos. Kia’s New Seltos, a sophisticated SUV, is set to be produced in India. Kia’s new-age design, 32 safety features, and panoramic sunroof showcase its commitment to the Indian market; pre-bookings start July 14.
Kia India aims to boost organic growth by strengthening brand affinity among new customers through community and employee development initiatives. Project DROP focuses on developing responsible outlook for plastic, while Uphaar supports marginalized agrarian communities and combats climate change. Kia’s Lifestyle Management program offers employees guidance and support for their physical and mental well-being. Kia entered the Indian market with the Seltos in 2019, becoming a popular SUV brand. In 46 months, it achieved 500,000 sales. In 2020, it expanded its product portfolio with Carnival, Sonet, Carens, and EV6, solidifying its position. Kia’s Anantapur facility produces over 532,450 units of these vehicles.
