KFC hits the century mark, announces 1000th outlet in India, aims to add 100,000 jobs nationally

As testament to the belief of growing purposefully with India, KFC has launched its 1000th restaurant in the country, a significant milestone in a journey of over 25 years.

KFC has pledged to provide food rations to 1000 underprivileged families across India in honor of the opening of its 1000th restaurant. KFC has been a leader in tech disruptions in the QSR industry, with over 20 all-digital Smart Restaurants, self-ordering digital kiosks, and App ordering, enhancing consumer access and speed, and ensuring seamless operations across its restaurants. KFC’s franchise partners Devyani International Limited and Sapphire Foods India Limited have significantly contributed to the brand’s growth. The company is optimistic about creating over 1 lakh jobs in India, bolstering the country’s positive economic outlook.
