Actor Kangana Ranaut has started shooting for Superstar Rajinikanth’s 2005 Tamil movie Chandramukhi 2. The actor took to his Instagram story on Tuesday evening and posted a picture of a clapboard from the movie set.
Ranaut said in the post, “Started shooting for Chandramukhi 2 today.
The upcoming movie is a follow up to director P Vasu’s Rajinikanth and Jyothika’s smash hit comedy horror Chandramukhi. The filmmaker is also directing the new movie. In the second part, Ranaut will essay the role of a dancer in the king’s court, known for her beauty and dancing skills.
Raghav Lawrence, Tamil actor-director will play the male lead role opposite Kangana.
The actor will next be seen in Tejas, where he plays an Air Force pilot, a political drama Emergency and the biopic of Bengali theater legend Binodini Das.
