Jharkhand has become a “hotbed of corruption”, the BJP alleged, hitting back at the Congress over the arrest of three of its MLAs in West Bengal with huge cash.
The Congress on Sunday suspended three MLAs from Jharkhand, who were caught with huge cash in Howrah, and accused the BJP of trying to topple the coalition government in the state.
In a recent investigation by the Enforcement Directorate, Islam said officials associated with Chief Minister Hemant Soren have been arrested for suspected corruption and now the entire country has seen three Congress MLAs traveling to Bengal with huge cash.
“Congress exposed again. Corruption is rampant in Jharkhand. The state government is often involved in corruption and the state has become a hotbed of corruption,” the BJP alleged.
