India Women won the second Twenty20 International against England by eight wickets and levelled the series 1-1.
Against England’s decision to bat first on Tuesday, the Indian bowlers stepped up their performance to reduce the hosts to 54 for five in 10 overs.
England struggled in the early overs, losing wickets at regular intervals, before teenager Freya Kemp (51 not out from 37 balls) and Maia Bouchier (34 from 26 balls) shared 65 runs to revive their innings.
There were no sixes in the match from the Indians side but Mandhana found the fence 13 times, while Harmanpreet and Verma hit four boundaries each.
