A tragic road mishap surfaced in which a youth lost his life in a bike accident while returning home from work. The incident occurred in the Talma Goyalpara area of Belakoba Gram Panchayat under Jalpaiguri district sadar block. Actually the deceased has been identified as Rajiv Sharma (23), a resident of Chhatkamat Para area under Kukurjan Gram Panchayat of Rajganj. According to reports, Rajiv actually owns a motorbike garage at Fakirdhip of Belakoba. While returning home, on Friday night, the young man met with an accident on his two-wheeler.
Later, the family members arrived at the spot and they immediately took him to Belakoba Rural Hospital where medical professionals declared him dead. This is actually very sad news as this type of accident is happening. Today we need to follow traffic rules very strictly so that road became a very safe place for transport and everyone can use it. Upon receiving the news, the cops of Jalpaiguri Kotwali police station arrived and transported the deceased body for a post-mortem examination. Currently, the police are engaged in further investigation.
