Trinamool Congress law-makers Party Leader & Leader of Opposition, Meghalaya legislature, Dr Mukul Sangma boasted of the organic process activities undertaken by his government throughout his tenure as Chief Minister of Meghalaya.
Addressing the Block Meeting command at Rongara Siju Assembly body, South Garo Hills District, Sangma claimed that this government is giving excuses regarding not having cash.
Highlighting the stretch of developments on road and infrastructure, Mukul Sangma declared that the MDA government failed to construct the National road and therefore the things that are done throughout his tenure- with Japan International Cooperation that associate degree agreement was signed in 2015.
In 2015 there is an agreement between Meghalaya and JICA
