ICICI Bank has launched ‘iFinance’, a platform that allows customers to view their savings and current accounts in one place. iFinance provides a single-view dashboard of all accounts, allowing users to check account balances, track spending, and download statements. Key features include linking and viewing all accounts, providing a summary of income and expenditure, tracking spending and payments, real-time account linking and de-linking, and downloading detailed statements.
Users can access iFinance by logging in through ICICI Bank’s digital platforms, verifying credentials, pre-populating all bank accounts, selecting the bank to link, and providing consent. Other bank customers can also access the feature by downloading the app, registering with a mobile number, and clicking on ‘iFinance’. The platform, which leverages the Account Aggregator ecosystem, is available on the bank’s digital platforms, including iMobile Pay app, Retail Internet Banking (RIB), Corporate Internet Banking (CIB), and InstaBIZ.
Speaking on the launch, Mr. Sidharatha Mishra, Head- Digital Channels, ICICI Bank, said, “With the launch of ‘iFinance’, we are enabling our customers as well as customers of other banks to view their account data in one place and provide them a better control over their finances.”
