HCLTech has launched its TechBee early career program, offering Class 12 graduates from 2023, 2024, and 2025 a unique opportunity to build tech careers. The 12-month training program guarantees full-time employment at HCLTech upon successful completion and provides access to part-time higher education through institutions like BITS Pilani, IIIT Kottayam, SASTRA University, and Amity University Online.
Students with mathematics or business mathematics backgrounds are eligible for roles in cloud computing, AI, data science, and digital engineering. TechBee empowers young consumers with job-ready skills and financial independence, supporting their aspirations for stable careers in the tech sector.
