Global water blaster brand SPYRA has officially entered the Indian market through Instamart ahead of Holi 2026, bringing what it calls one of the world’s most powerful water blasters to customers for the festive season. Engineered in Germany, SPYRA features precision-shot technology and rapid reload capability, offering a high-performance play experience that has earned it a strong global following. Its India debut aligns with the growing “kidult” trend, where adults are revisiting childhood nostalgia through premium, design-led products. With Holi known as one of India’s most experience-driven festivals, Instamart is positioning SPYRA as a tech-enabled upgrade to traditional celebrations.
Manender Kaushik, Head – Instamart, Alternate Business, said quick commerce has seen a steady rise in both planned and last-minute Holi purchases over the past five years. “This year, we’re taking it a step further by bringing global cult brand SPYRA to India,” he said. Sebastian Walter, Founder and CEO of SPYRA, said India’s culture of celebration and outdoor play makes it a natural fit for the brand. SPYRA has partnered with Mumbai-based fashion-tech startup Bella Lifestyle, led by founder Suchi Sharma, to manage its India operations.
In Kolkata, retailers say there is growing demand for premium Holi products, especially among urban youth and working professionals. With quick commerce expanding rapidly in the city, SPYRA’s entry is expected to add a high-value, tech-driven option to festive shopping baskets this season.
