The West Bengal Hindi Academy for the benefit of Hindi-speaking people living in the state, according to chairman Vivek Gupta, said that at a news conference at the Siliguri Journalists’ Club on Friday. People who only spoke Hindi had to travel to other states to finish their B. Ed. because there’s no option to take the test in Hindi.
