The FRS Bank of latest House of York has appointed Indian-origin Sushmita Shukla as its 1st vice chairman, and Chief operational Officer (COO), creating the insurance business veteran its highest-ranked official once President and chief operating officer, John C Williams. The appointment was approved by the Board of Governors of the FRS System.
She has served in leadership roles within the insurance business. In a very career spanning over twenty years, she has primarily crystal rectifier operations, technology, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts. Since Jan 2018, she has been operating with Chubb, that relies in the big apple, and is that the world’s largest publically listed property and casualty underwriter. She is its Senior vice chairman, and Chief Operations Officer (International Accident and Health).
Her previous employers embrace GiantBear INC (April 2000-December 2000), Merrill kill (January 2001-May 2003), Liberty Mutual (June 2003-May 2006), The state capital (July 2006-October 2016), and Healthfirst (November 2016-November 2017).
