Eminent Singer KK’s daughter remembers late father in heartbreaking note, says ‘miss holding your hand’

KK’s daughter Tamara recalled that the late singer was first-rate as a father. On the occasion of Father’s Day, the late singer’s daughter penned an emotional word for her father on social media alongside some throwback photos. In the photos, KK can be seen spending quality time with his young man and wife. He is also seen giving his daughter some track lessons on the piano. Tamara’s childhood snapshots also included her brother Nakul and mother Jyothy.

she wrote with sharing a photo, “I would take the pain of losing you a 100 times, if it meant having you as my dad even for one second. Life is dark without you dad. You were the cutest most loving dad, who’d come domestic after a gig and wait to come lie down and give us cuddles. I leave out you, I pass over eating with you, I omit our laughing sessions, I omit our secret snacking rituals in the kitchen, I miss our farting competitions, I omit displaying you my track and little voice word ideas, I miss your reaction dad. I omit maintaining your hand.”

Tamara mentioned that the late singer made them feel “so protected and happy and cherished and lucky”.

“You were the reality this world needed, and now that you’re gone, none of it feels real. But your unconditional love has unknowingly prepared us to handle, even something like this. Your love is our strength.”

“Me, Nakul and mumma are gonna work each day to make you proud and spread your energy, and we’re gonna be sturdy and take care of every other like you did. Happy Father’s Day to the bestestest dad in the total universe (red heart and trophy emojis). Love you always pass over you each day, umma, I recognize you are here with us.”In early June, KK fell ill while performing in a match in Kolkata and was rushed to hospital, where he was declared dead.
