Earthquake hit Ladakh, J&K

An earthquake hit North of Alchi (Leh), Jammu and Kashmir on 29th March morning. The National Center for Seismology (NCS) informed that it was 4.3 magnitudes on the Richter scale.

There is no damage caused yet.

The earthquake was hit at 186 kilometres North of Alchi village. The village is in the Leh district of Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir.

No damage report has been made yet.

NCS tweeted that:

There is also another earthquake that hit on the Diglipur, Andaman and Nicobar Island on 29th March morning. It was of 4.4 magnitudes on the Richter scale.
